As SugarCRM's top UK Partner, we are pleased to announce that the annual UK SugarCRM Acceleration Event is once again upon us.
Plans are well under way to make this one of the most interactive Acceleration events yet, with breakout sessions during the day tailored for existing customers, developers and potential new clients. So why not come and join us?

17.00 - 17.40 Keynote: Guy Clapperton, Journalist: How CRM became social.
Guy Clapperton will briefly examine the history of customer relationship management as managed through technology. There will be discussion on areas outside CRM in which CRM can have some useful input. He will look at ways in which it has both helped and hindered companies in the past and why it evolved the way it did. Using case studies as well as personal experience, he will highlight good practice and look at ways in which business of any size can benefit from intelligent use of customer data. Above all he'll examine how the customer and their behaviours are changing - and how businesses can take advantage of this to get closer in touch with their end client.
